Today, we dropped David off at school and then Brooke and I headed to Decatur to do some shopping. As a matter of fact, we didn’t get home until nearly 1:00. That makes for quite a shopping trip with a two year old. She was good though thank goodness.

Now this may not look like much of a deal, but these lip glosses are regularly $7 each. I had a $10 coupon off any purchase that I got in the mail so I bought these glosses on sale at 2 for $12. See…not such a bad deal after all…one for me and one for Brooke.

No coupons used here, just a good deal on a really cute pair of pajamas and I have been needing some new ones.

Yes, I know this picture isn’t quite fair, but it’s a Christmas present for David’s teacher so I had it gift wrapped at the store. What’s inside is an oversized really cute hot cocoa/coffee mug. On the mug is written, “Live, Laugh, Love.”
I had a coupon that came out of my Southern Living magazine for $5 off and purchase of at least $5. The mug was at its regular price of $8.95 so I got it for over 50% off. I thought that was pretty good for a nice little gift.
UPDATE!!
Brooke decided she just had to open the gift. I heard something ripping in the kitchen and by the time I got in there, it was too late. Of course, this means you get to see what the mug looks like after all. This also means I get to re-wrap the gift.

I bought this huge purse so that my coupon binder would fit right inside for carrying it into stores. This is going to be my shopping purse/bag.
