I didn’t think we would ever get the kids out of the water. They would have stayed in all day if we had let them. We also got a little treat while we were there…chocolate ice cream.

As you can see, the kids were thoroughly enjoying their chocolate ice cream. It was real good.

Our recent trip to Atlanta was exciting as we went to several places. First, we went to the Coca-Cola Factory in downtown Atlanta. A very interesting experience, but the best part was tasting all the different kinds of Coca-Cola products sold around the world. If you go… my favorite geographic location (outside the US) was Asia.

Later that night, after we got back from downtown, we went to the Laser Light Show at Stone Mountain. A very interesting way to spend the end of an evening.

Sunday, we went up Stone Mountain, toured the museum, rode the train around the mountain, played in the park, rode the Ducks (Ride the Ducks), and finished off the evening with Brooke’s 1st Birthday Party.

Finally, on our way back Monday, we when to Zoo Atlanta. Everyone had a good time, but Brooke was especially excited about all the animals.

David and I went to a move (Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian) while the ladies shopped. After the movie, we met up and ate the the Aquarium Restaurant in the Opry Mills Mall.

Later we took the kids to Build-A-Bear where they each build a bear. (David actually build a turtle). Brooke’s bear is named Bella and David named his turtle Cheek.

We spent some time in the pool and hot tub and just had fun being with each other.
